C-ORE Strategic Partner Terms
Welcome to the C-ORE Strategic Partner Network, an invitation-based collaboration program designed exclusively for Chartered Accountants, Tax Consultants and Business Advisory Firms. The purpose of this network is to enable trusted advisors to introduce businesses that can benefit from C-ORE's executive intelligence platform while building long-term value for their clients and practice.
These Strategic Partner Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the C-ORE Strategic Partner Network operated by Core Billion ("C-ORE"). By requesting a Strategic Partnership or continuing your participation in the Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other policies published by C-ORE from time to time.
1. Nature of the Partnership
The C-ORE Strategic Partner Network is a professional collaboration between independent business entities.
Participation in this Network does not create an employer-employee relationship, agency, franchise, joint venture, legal partnership or any other fiduciary relationship between the Strategic Partner and C-ORE.
Each party shall remain solely responsible for its own business operations, professional obligations and statutory compliances.
2. Eligibility
The Strategic Partner Network is intended for:
- Chartered Accountant Firms
- Chartered Accountants
- Tax Consultants
- Business Advisory Firms
- Financial Advisory Firms
- Management Consultants
- Other professional advisory organizations approved by C-ORE
C-ORE reserves the right to accept or decline any partnership request at its sole discretion.
3. Strategic Partner Responsibilities
Strategic Partners are expected to:
- Introduce businesses that may benefit from C-ORE.
- Represent C-ORE professionally and ethically.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Avoid making commercial or technical commitments on behalf of C-ORE unless expressly authorized.
- Conduct themselves in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
4. Responsibilities of C-ORE
C-ORE will be responsible for:
- Product demonstrations
- Business consultations
- Commercial discussions
- Customer onboarding
- Product implementation
- User training
- Customer Success
- Technical Support
Strategic Partners are not expected to provide software implementation or technical support unless separately agreed.
5. Partner Revenue Share
Strategic Partners are currently eligible for a 25% Partner Revenue Share on qualifying customer subscriptions introduced through their firm.
The Partner Revenue Share structure may be reviewed and revised by C-ORE from time to time based on business strategy, market conditions, product portfolio, commercial considerations or the scope of the partnership. Any such revisions shall apply prospectively and will be communicated to Strategic Partners before becoming effective.
Partner Revenue Share is payable only for successfully activated customer subscriptions and is subject to the prevailing Partner Revenue Policy.
6. Client Relationship
Businesses introduced by a Strategic Partner become customers of C-ORE upon successful onboarding.
The Strategic Partner shall continue to maintain their independent professional relationship with their clients.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall restrict the Strategic Partner from providing professional advisory services to their clients.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, documentation, product designs, marketing materials and intellectual property associated with C-ORE remain the exclusive property of Core Billion.
No ownership rights are transferred through participation in the Strategic Partner Network.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public commercial, financial, technical and customer information exchanged during the course of the partnership.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent unless required by applicable law.
9. Branding & Marketing
Strategic Partners may use approved C-ORE branding and marketing material solely for introducing C-ORE to prospective customers.
Modification, misuse or unauthorized reproduction of C-ORE intellectual property is prohibited without prior written approval.
10. Compliance
Strategic Partners agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and professional codes of conduct while participating in the Strategic Partner Network.
11. Limitation of Liability
C-ORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising out of participation in the Strategic Partner Network.
The Strategic Partner acknowledges that C-ORE makes no guarantee regarding customer acquisition volumes or future Partner Revenue Share earnings.
12. Modification of the Program
C-ORE may enhance, modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Strategic Partner Network, including partner benefits, policies, revenue-sharing structure or operational processes.
Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes in advance.
13. Termination
Either party may discontinue the Strategic Partnership by providing written notice.
Termination shall not affect:
- Confidentiality obligations
- Intellectual property rights
- Outstanding eligible Partner Revenue Share accrued prior to termination
- Any surviving provisions of these Terms
14. Privacy
Information collected through the Strategic Partner Network shall be processed in accordance with the C-ORE Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
